Voyager™ is the most advanced and future proof onboard audiovisual entertainment system for Public Transport Vehicles. Due to PT Tronix's revolutionary networking and video processing technology Voyager™ is able to achieve what traditional entertainment systems cannot. The conventional analog cables are replaced with an unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable. This not only improves playback quality but also creates a system which takes up less space in the roof cavity of the vehicle and most importantly weighs less.
The various multimedia devices (CD/DVD/VCR) situated on the driver's dashboard are replaced with one Digital Media Server. Voyager VIP is an on board “in flight style” entertainment. It is a new addition to the Voyager product family. It provides each traveller personal multiple video and audio programs during the journey. The system can be configured to fleet operator’s requirements to include options such as surveillance cameras, navigation, DVB-S/T reception etc.
