Direct Recruit Policy - Dension Public Transport prefers to recruit candidates directly, rather than through a third party recruiter or agency. Do not submit or present your candidates through any means (email, fax, phone, mail, verbal referral or any other means), to Dension Public Transport.

Dension Public Transport will only pay a fee for candidates submitted or presented after there is a signed recruiting agreement in place between Dension Public Transport and the recruiter or agency; and the candidate is submitted for a specific requisition.

In the case of candidate(s) submitted or presented to Dension Public Transport by a recruiter or agency without a signed agreement in place or without a specific open requisition, Dension Public Transport explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency.
